The Location Profile provides you the Location Name, description (under the name drop-down), address, location type, and contact information such as phone, fax, email, and whether or not housing is provided. You are also able to manage booking details of the location through the use of the Info tab. The Info tab has three child forms that provide details such as a point of contact, event management, and double-booking. The child forms are discussed in more detail below.
This topic covers the information displayed in the profile and links to the topics describing actions that you can perform on the profile page.

The child forms of the Location Profile are grouped under the Info tab. The Info Tab enables you to manage how the Location is booked and managed once it is created. The Info tab contains three child forms to help you manage locations:
The contacts child form is used to specify a point of contact for the location. You can add a new point of contact by clicking the Add button. Each location can have more than one contact specified.
When you select this location when scheduling a course, event, or session, the course, event, or session appears on the events child form. If the event has multiple sessions scheduled, you can click the grandchild form icon to view all sessions.
The overlapping events child form flags double-booking at the location by noting when the location (most likely a room) has overlapping events. If two events are scheduled in the room on the same date and time, they are noted here so you can determine at a glance if the schedule needs fixing.
